L' amore mantiene giovani  "The Heart that loves is always young " Love of food, family, and tradition is the main ingredient in all of our products. Papa Sal's family is from the town of Acerra in Southern Italy, and Mama Val's family is from Rome. We are proud of our heritage. Together we share a love of cooking and fine cuisine. Our authentic sauces are a marriage of traditional recipes passed down from generations.

After years of making our favorite sauces for family and friends, we decided to share them with customers who appreciate convenience and want the quality of authentic, handcrafted sauces made in  wholesome healthy small batches based on family recipes.
